1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged product upon delivery
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or slight variations in color due to lighting or monitor settings.
2. Return Timeframe
- You must notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving the item to be eligible for a return.
- Once your return is approved, you have 4 days to ship the item back to us.
3. Non-Returnable Items

- Items returned without original packaging and accessories
- Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized tampering
- Digital content, software, or SD cards
- Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
4. How to Request a Return

- Your full name and contact number
- Order number and date of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
We will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
5. Return Shipping
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other approved reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Items must be securely packaged and returned with all original accessories, manuals, tags, and packaging materials.
6. Inspection and Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it within 2–4 business days. If approved:
- Replacements or exchanges will be shipped out within 3 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Refunds may be partial if the item is returned used or missing parts.
7. Warranty Claims
Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If your item is covered under warranty, we will guide you through the warranty claim process. Please retain your invoice or receipt for warranty purposes.
