1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all states within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at mkazu.sdnbhd@gmail.com to arrange a special order (subject to approval and additional fees).


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 12PM on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the next business day (typically Monday, excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier services such as J&T Express, DHL eCommerce, and PosLaju.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before you make payment.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping within West Malaysia for orders above RM500.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s status. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate during checkout.

  • MKAZU SDN. BHD. is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping details.
  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may charge an additional fee to re-ship the item.

7. Shipping Damages or Loss

All products are carefully inspected and packed before shipment. If your item arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

  • Please take clear photos of the packaging and product
  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item
  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and arranging a replacement or refund if applicable

8. Out-of-Stock Items or Delays

In rare cases where a product is out of stock or if there are unexpected delays, we will contact you immediately with options:

  • Full refund
